Russ: Only time will tell who is smart and who is dumb. "During fiscal year Hearx signed 14 contracts with health care providers. Most are awaiting approval from HCFA to begin their membership drive but require Hearx to have all centers open for business at the time HCFA approval is requested". Is dilution good or bad. It's bad on the surface. However, this private placement has afforded Hearx the opportunity to grow their infrastructure, which I believe, will pay huge rewards in the future. Dr. Brown has an enormous sum invested in this company, so it is in his personal interest for the stock to rise in price. It just won't happen today. Best of luck. Don
