On August 12, 1999, the B.C. Securities Commission advised the Vancouver Stock Exchange that the Company has now filed the required information for which it was subject of a Cease Trade Order dated July 27, 1999.
Effective at the opening, August 23, 1999, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.
Pursuant to Policy 11, the Company is deemed to be an inactive company. As of August 20, 1999, the Company is prohibited from granting stock options, and principals are prohibited from exercising previously granted stock options. These prohibitions will remain in effect until further notice. The Company is expected to initiate its reorganization within the 90 day period ending November 22, 1999. The Company is required to achieve listing maintenance requirements by August 20, 2000. |
