I must be smoking something. I having hard time pulling up April financials statements on the facts thread. Some where I read Ist Miracle has 30 million in assets. The conference call according Legal Beast refers ot 250 million shares out standing. Where can we document this? These total amount of shares will occur after the merger, correct?

What is the liability of this company?
