I will do what ever I can help, this is simply not fair. Soliciting implies a cash relationship, as nothing was being sold, how is a PM a solictiation. I do not see how a PM can be ground for termination. MAKES NO SENSE. Does SI now define an invitation as a solication, my word, this gross, solication is clearly different than an invitation.

Do I get this right that SI is not even claiming it to be a persistent act, just a 1 time invitation........Bloody Amazing!

Does that mean the first time anyone PMs another person, that I was UNsolicted. If so we could all be terminated.

Simply not fair!
