I am an active seller who was pissed off a few days ago and was raving about going to another site. However I have realistically looked at some of these and they are so inferior to ebay that I will not yet waste my time. Since most of my items are in the $100-$300 category a buck extra per auction won't kill me. But I do believe that ebay had better address the issue of dead beat bidders who cause nothing but havoc and grief among sellers. Ebay ought to publish a list of State by State laws in relation to reneging on an auction and where to post a complaint in each State.
