I haven't rechecked the SEDAR document for the 30M figure, but the general consensus is that the figures on the last filing are out of date. The 200M+ shares are based on 'best guess' calculations and a message from Leroyt. There is no documentation since the end of last year and that showed the shares somewhere around 109M (I think). According to the CC the company currently has about 9M in equity, and no debt. After the merger there will be approx. 50M shares outstanding...
