The only big security flaw on 3.12 I recall that did not require the supervisor pw, or physical access to the server would be to sniff out packets. Main way to get this done would be to place a call to the sys admin and get them to RCONSOLE into the server. The Rconsole PW was not encrypted if I remember correctly. This of course is not done without tools or knowledge, but it can be done. Basically it should stand that Netware 4.11 is much more secure than many NOS's out there, however, if proper security is not in place they ARE ALL vunerable. Social engineering can even work on Network Administrators in large companies. A competent administrator is the only solution.
