McCain. A respected war veteran who understands defense issues, but one who also shows an open mind on many issues which makes him anathema to the hard right. McCain's a very sharp guy, but one with humble beginnings, who hasn't forgotten the hard scrabble lives so many lead who weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouths. I can't do justice to all his views here. But I urge everyone to look at his website at: mccain2000.com . I doubt any fair and open-minded person could come away from reading about McCain without doubts regarding GWB's front-running status. McCain walks the talk--including himself adopting an abandoned child from Bangladesh. Read about McCain everyone--and then tell me why you think Bush is the better man.
