Hi Karen,

I said I was between 5 and 6, so call it 5.5 ... That's up from 4.5 a month ago and will go higher if politicians and business continue to put on a happy face and lie through their teeth.

The reaction to the US Navy report is a classic example of spin and damage control by 'attack the messenger', instead of discuss the content. They weren't even bright enough to backdate it a few days.

You must have greater confidence in Slick and his boys than I do. If they are telling the truth, it will be the first time.
