Bloomberg TV has been saying all day that analysts see RHAT lower over the next few months as the initial "novelty" of this IPO dies down. They also said that while Microsoft does see Linux as a potential threat to it's Windows NT operating system, Red Hat will most likely see little or no profits from Linux since the software can be downloaded for free over the internet.

I for one will continue to increase my short position at these levels.
