Matt; I saw post on other threads were some brokers cut the limb after the people were out on it. techstocks.com Like Steve says they can do just about what they want. I use it it but I'm very cautious and don't just ride it, more often than not when I use margin it's just a day trade. UOPIX is 2x leveraged NDX ( 1.8 ) and that's like being on margin and if you don't margin it they can't force you to make a call. POTCX is 2x the SPX and you don't need to worry about a call. ---------- Both can lose fast in a down market but your not forced out. Jim
