=====DOES EVERYONE KNOW THIS GUY OR WHAT?
 messages.yahoo.com
 Your welcome, but....
by: ui88deddd (21/M/Palo Alto, CA) 260 of 2552 I will give credit to Mr. Park (Tokyo Joe) credit. He wields a powerful stick (3000+ paid lemmings) and thousands more who keep track of him on the web (like me).

He knows what kind of stocks move.... good "story", low float, indeterminable value, big name company association, potential "news" on the horizon. And he has made one heck of a lot more money than I have in the last year pumping/dumping these stocks. His paid lemmings probably do o.k. too, but it's those poor fools who don't know its T.J. moving the stock who lose their shirts.

This stock could go to $10 for a while with the right hype. However, it just as easily go to $2.

Me, I sleep better doing fundamental analysis, then letting guys like Tokyo hype them after I already own them.

====SHHHHHH, TOKYO JOE IS NOT REALLY TRADING THIS STOCK

 Tokyo Joe -
 by: joushe98 261 of 2552
The thing with Tokyo joe is that it doesn't matter what he picks - he has a following that creates a self-fulfilling prophecy... he has a great scam going for himself. he says buy a stock and people do, then he sells it...

Anyone in IMAA should not be in it because of TJ, that's for sure....I'll be back later with some IMAA views... stay tuned....

====WHY YES, TOKYO JOE IS AN ACTIVE & NOTEWORTHY TRADER
 messages.yahoo.com
Blesswise -- In regard to Tokyo Joe
by: ui88deddd (21/M/Palo Alto, CA) 256 of 2525 All I did was copy posting I saw on SI. I agree, everyone needs to do their own DD and knowing why a stock is moving IS part of DD. Are you suggesting that for me to post this information is somehow improper????? Please.....

Tokyo Joe and his band of thieves front run. (buy first, pump the stock up, then sell into the pump). It's a version of a pyramid scheme.

Tokyo Joe preys on people's weakness' and emotions. He almost never does any real financial DD. He's 90% hype. He takes advantage of people.

Tokyo Joe is a short term trader. The effects of his actions very often dissipate within days allowing investors to purchase the stock a a significantly lower price.

Tokyo Joe only discloses information that supports his position. He will totally ignore financial reality regarding companies he is pumping. He doesn't want you to know the whole story. It's called incomplete disclosure.

Many people have lost millions of dollars because of Tokyo Joe's actions.

I don't like what Tokyo Joe does and have every right to disclose his modus operandi.

I accept T.J.s sophisticated pump and dump system. For me it was the first time to hold a stock at the time of his intervention. And I smiled.

But as mentioned: There are too many fools who lose their shirts.

He is the most honest man that I've ever seen!
I,ve been with him one month.
I never saw him pump the srock!

 He talks different language.
 Simple,naked, and without reservation!
 He talks like a boy.
 He talks as an individual.
 He talks about humanity.
He has tremendous amount of animosity against
the practice of Big Boys, which he thinks is manipulation!
He hates pump n dump more than anyone eles.
He express his anger on that point over and over again!

ITS JULY 28TH HOW ABOUT WE TRY NUMBER 2!!!!!
 messages.yahoo.com
 Q Reports are always Interesting
by: tigger_tooooo 390 of 2552 Quarterly Reports are always Interesting with IMAA. While I agree that cash is the number one stat, I'm not holding my breath that IMAA will ever give out anymore information than is legally required. That's just not how they do things. We can only go on what the company decides to release (which is always old), the rest is speculation.

How do they book overseas sales? To me its a mute point. If the cash reserves weren't critically low it could be an important question, but right now its not.

So how can they get out of their cash situation? (For new people, IMAA has had significant decreases in cash each quarter they have been public. At the current rate they will have spent all of the cash they generated from their IPO this year.)

 1. Bank loans are always nice. So far it sounds like a tough sell. It didn't work out in April. Banks will probably be hesitant until the company can prove its not a sinking ship.

 2. Venture Capital. Here's where I think hype could work. The more people they get interested in buyingedge, the better chance they have of landing an investor, hence more cash. They're trying to play the internet hype game. If they had done this a year ago, their chances would have been better. Now, investors are starting to wise up. And I don't think the pilot of buyingedge distinguishes itself from its competition.

 3. Collect more from sales. IMAA has previously announced that they usually get paid when they close the contract. This is typically when the customer's site goes live and can take quite a while. Since they were reporting record sales a year ago, that could start to pay out. But on the flipside, they reported record non-sales the last two quarters so that could drag it down more. The point is that the increase or decrease of revenue does not directly impact the cash flow. Increasing revenue is always a Good Thing, but increasing cash is an Even Better Thing.

So how did they do in Q2? We'll all have to wait until the press release, which will probably be next week.

Map to Shelton from Carlsbad, now that was funny.

 Good observation
by: webattorney 439 of 2554 The surge in volume around that time was due to day traders at TokyoJoe's SA membership. I do not believe the surge in volume was due to MMs.

It is the same pump and dump we had several month ago.

The ones who think they found a good buying opportunity are the losers tomorrow.

Sorry, but fundamentally nothing changed with IMAA.

====SURE THIS IS A NICE PUMP BUT HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THIS OTHER

all TJ followers read this IMPORTANT
 by: harveybanger 480 of 2556
TJ has been slowly accumalating JTWO and will soon put out a buy on this stock like he did last month when it doubled. this stock has under 500K in the float and is in the hands of some pretty stong holders. look at the chart and see what happened when the nasdaq declined last time this stock actually went up. with all the anticipation of the NationalLampoon.com website launch date the downside is nill vs upside. stock should have a 250 million dollar market cap instead of the current 20 million market cap it has today. possibley could double when TJ puts another buy on it. I am all over it the last two weeks. go TJ!

 I agree on IMAA but
by: harveybanger 483 of 2556 if you follow TJ he is usually, no always, in before he puts a buy on it and is always out before he says to sell it. he does have a following so if you beat him to the punch you can make good money selling into his buy recommondation. if you have a level 2 machine and access to his picks you can see what i said is true.

 morbid curiosity....
 by: kahuna_92692 499 of 2556
...about this Tokyo Joe character...what is the mechanism by which he can significantly manipulate a stock by "pump and dump"? And can anyone substantiate that he has really been involved over the past couple of days? I looked at Thomson RTC and it appeared that about 30% of yesterdays trades were institutional...today it's about 15%...

 here ya go...
by: CanalBlvd (37/M/New Orleans) 505 of 2556 tokyojoe.com ...check out his current alerts
Any stock with a low float can be easily manipulated. TokyoSchmoe has around 3000 members, if all his members buy only 500 sh. each that equals 1.5 million shares, then other day traders jump on... Look at average volume of IMAA..94k,, today 2.7 million so far on no news... and that's a fact, not intuition.
