It fell on a panic, combined with poor market, on a delay of contract signing in the reporting quarter, which has since been signed and will be realized this quarter. Consequently, people have pounced on the oversold stock and it is racing back up. Good fundamentals, a new agreement and strong anaylst support bids well for this company. I know alot of folks feel it is on it's way to 16, but I will be out sooner than then.
