I finally listened to the Tony Cataldo speech yesterday. He did not answer any questions. He was sounding pretty good then lost all credibility when he said he thought US2 was a great movie (that's not a quote). I think there was a little sucking up going on there. So, has anybody ever heard of these companies at which Tony Cataldo worked? I think he said the names of the companies were Internet Systems, MTI, and Palamon Medical. Did I get the spelling right? Are any of those companies still in business? Who is on MVEE's board of directors? A merger is usually in the works for months before the public finds out about it. I wonder if Tony Cataldo was hired because he always planned to combine MVEE with EINI(?). He claims that he became President of the other company a few weeks ago to see inside of the company before he decided to merge the companies.
