Mike, RE: Peregrine. It is true that Help Desk software is at their root, but acquisitions during the last couple of years also have Peregrine in the facilities management business--space planning and equipment maintenance management software. Their vision is for an integrated help desk which includes databases related to network infrastructure, space/real estate infrastructure, and maintenance/facilities workforce management. They have a lot of work to do to get there, but they have the components.
