MANNY T: I think it will take as much as 6 months to get Centennial re-listed due mostly to the process --- not the price --- as they seem to have the issue of being above $5.00 in control.

By the way, I think they may only have to have $3.00 per share not $5.00 as they are already public and trading (relist vs list). The issue is the length of time reporting a level of assets + the price per share (IMO).

I'm still expecting to to see a drop before a major up-tick. I think $2.96 for a low and $12.00 for a high are the equlivent prices for 52 weeks trading before the split. It would not suprise me to see both passed before it re-lists.

Lets hope I'm wrong on the low side!
