..offshore holdings and Carlo C ... this is a re-occurring phenom ... in the past when this has occurred with VSE listings it has often led to a significant private placement at a significant discount ... the unregulated offshore accounts dump their existing holdings and take down the new, attractively priced 'private' ... locking in the difference ... one should impress upon mgmt. that this is NOT good for the company ... no matter what the 'purpose of issue' may be .... stay tuned!
