A terrific contrarian sign Steve. When the grizzled bears go long.... The magic number is THREE. Three rate hikes or three rate increases- If you'll recall last fall when the market was tanking, the first TWO rate cuts had little effect on the stock markets, even sending the market lower. The THIRD rate cut sent the market skyward. The absolute bottom was between the second and third cuts. I suspect that the opposite may happen soon. If that holds true, the ultimate TOP should occur in the next two weeks (assuming AG indeed raises tomorrow). BWDIK, TW
