The Instant Messenger enabling program must be on your hard disc somewhere. Find it and delete it. Good luck. Better still buy Internet Call Waiting from GTE or Bell Atlantic and you can push the Ignore button which simply continues with a ringing tone so the caller doesnt know you are there. You can always see who is calling with ICM. With IM the caller KNOWS you are online and expects you to answer.
