...a worthwhile endeavour, ynot; please let us know what you find - most of us follow intra-day ticks & tocks live but, have no way to keep our "reference" charts any finer than daily.

FWIW, on the quote.com chart generator, I follow 3m / 13m / 78m and 216 minute candlesticks; Berney and Paul are quite adept at reading intra-day stochastics patterns.

What we've wanted - for some time now - is the ability to follow intra-day Point & Figure charts, with programmable "time slices" like '1/2-point by 1-1/2 point reversal', for example - similar to the quote.com and IQchart generators. METASTOCK's P&F charts can be somewhat vague, based as they are on EOD open/high/low/close data.

METASTOCK does have an interesting time-slice thingy that we've been playing with lately... it has the ability to sum together two days or three days of 'sticks, thus showing the kind of 'aggregated' candlesticks that Nison and Morris show in their books. We're calling this "T+2 T/A" and "T+3 T/A". Gersh is particularly adept at "T+3" timing in and out of index funds.

What stocks and/or indices do you like to follow, ynot ?
