Where do we go from here? I have been a shareholder for >1 1/2 years.(some of you longer i'm sure). We purchase stocks as an investment.....with the hope of making a profit on our investment. I am presently "DOWN" on my investment in EMR .(as most of you are also,at these stock prices). 1)What can we expect in the next 1,2,5 years? Long term probably looks good, but in the near and medium terms it is hard to forsee. 2)Bateman and EMR's MOU stated (nov./98) that it was a priority to get a functioning field model working by this summer1999.We waited.....and waited....and waited, and now the only announcements we get are 'that the MOU was finalized' and 'that the company will dilute the stock by 33%'. NO MENTION OF ANY CONSTRUCTED FIELD MODEL. We are no further ahead than we were last Nov./98. 3)Stock price fell again from ~0.45 in Nov./98 down to ~0.15 just recently. 4)Stock price has perked up a little since the recent news, but it is hard to say for how long. 5)There are no BIG buyers of this stock (yet) and there are many sellers coming out of the woodwork and listing to sell on the ASE bigboard. WHAT NOW???? CEO stated 2 of 3 pieces of the puzzle are in place and there is mention of a possible 3rd partner(?construction/?supplier)....who knows! 1)Do we wait 6-12 months to find a 3rd partner? Do we wait 6-18 months to get a mining contract and finally build a functional model? 2)Is cash flow this far away? 3)Is it that long before we break through 0.50/share? 4)What is management going to do in the short and medium terms to help increase shareholder value? 5)Management isn't giving us enough info on the future plans of the company. 6)Does anybody know when/where the shareholder meeting is this year??(I think it has to be held before Sept.22/99). As you can see, I am presently disappointed and frustrated. All responses welcome (good or bad). Gary.
