To SI Thread Members: Several of you have e-mailed me with requests for index statistical data. I have prepared statistical data to include: intermediate trend extent and duration odds and probabilities as well as absolute movement for one week, two weeks, one month, and one quarter odds and probabilities. Finally, I have calculated odds and probabilities for consecutive directional days as well. At this time I have completed the work on the following two indices: NASDAQ 100 (to help in trading the QQQ) for the history of the index. home.earthlink.net S&P 500 Index (to help in trading the SPY) for the last 10 years of the index. home.earthlink.net The actual Excel spreadsheets can be downloaded from my website by clicking on the "data" link on the appropriate index. home.earthlink.net So as not to bog down the tread with continual references to this research, I will make additional additions to the website from time to time and allow interested thread members to check there from time to time.
