Innocent until proven guilty - absolutely a great policy in cases where the powerful State is up against the weaker individual.

In this case, I am not empowered to send SNMM to jail, so the policy is inapplicable.

I think the odds are good enough that there is something untoward here that I no longer wish to own the stock at anything above $2 per share.
