JPR No amount or kind of discussion will ever offend my sensitivities. Ia m always open to opposing ideas and opinions. I think the idea of a benign dictator comes out of the frustration of India not achieving all it is capable of and the corruption of the politicians at the top and which permeates throughout the society and seems to be unstoppable within our lifetime. Keep posting. ratan
