Hey Rande! This PRFM situation looks interesting. At first iam a little cautious, its getting pumped on TK thread. Talk is the spin off ipo is next week, the xmas deal couldn't hurt. No brainer at 3? I think i'd rather have it at 2 1/2. If yes they are ipoing spinof next week iam in. Still cant determine is this is true Kaliico
