Colin, I can't believe you are back on this Anthony thing. I used to think you were a stable, capable accountant, but that reputation is surely tarnished by the fact that you are seeking conflict here. And conflict with his wife, no less!! I have met Tony. While he's not someone I would like to go to bed with myself (late edit - that was a joke), my wife says he's nice. If my wife says he's nice, he is. There no more to say after that. Why don't you go to San Diego and meet with the guy? That would be real due diligence. peter
