CSG Systems Signs Agreement with Millennium Digital Media Systems
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Systems, Inc.(TM), a subsidiary of CSG Systems International, Inc.
(Nasdaq: CSGS - news), signed a six-year agreement with St. Louis-based Millennium Digital Media Systems LLC, a residential broadband service provider, to cover recently acquired cable systems and become Millennium's exclusive provider of customer care and billing services for video and high speed data offerings.
Under terms of the agreement, CSG will install its Advanced Customer Service Representative© (ACSR©) and CSG Vantage© products in selected Millennium cable systems by the end of October. ACSR is CSG's graphical user interface that allows customer service representatives to point and click through screens at their desktop when performing customer care services. CSG Vantage is a database that enables customers to evaluate product and service performance, conduct customer analysis and lifetime values, and transform raw data into real-time reports and graphs. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the agreement calls for CSG to serve a monthly minimum of 140,000 subscribers.

metropolitan areas of Maryland, Washington, Idaho, Michigan and Oregon and is in the process of upgrading the capacity of those systems to accommodate digital cable and high-speed data services.
