Vaughn, it looks like you pretty much answered the question in response 969 when you said "If the man's entire worldly goods have to be seized, that is of little consequence to shareholders". It's done.

I can't provide a better answer than to say that management has had several lawyers examine all options, have attached whatever could be attached, and that is all it can do. The question of criminal proceedings is left to the experts, and a management that ignores the advice of its experts (lawyers included) is treading on thin ice.

The answer to your first 3 questions can be found in the financial statements, the last question is considered above;

1. An accounting of debt recovery?
2. Balance outstanding?
3. Loan status, overdue and by how much?
4. Recover plan and pursuit of criminal charges?
