TigrSoft Inc., a leader in the development and implementation of advanced
planning and scheduling systems today has received an engagement from Arko
Paper Products Co. Inc., for TigrAPS, its advanced planning and scheduling
application. TigrSoft's solutions are currently implemented at a number of
paper products manufacturing plants in the United States.
Arko is a manufacturer of folding paper cartons, primarily used in the
health care and cosmetics industries. Arko's customers include Estee
Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, Revlon, and Elizabeth Arden. Under the terms of
the corporate license, Arko will implement TigrAPS to plan and schedule
manufacturing facilities at its Piscataway, N.J., facility.
"With every new client, we gain valuable domain knowledge, which is
incorporated into the continual upgrades of our products and is of benefit
to all our clients," said Dilip Kembhavi, president and chief executive
officer of TigrSoft Inc., in announcing the new engagement. "Over the years
we have developed a broad understanding of the paper products industry. We
look forward to a successful implementation and a long association with
Arko," he added.
