Len, the question is not, whether or not SI can suspend people we all know they can and are able, the question what is the process and how is are suspensions dispensed.

If the boundaries are not clearly understood or applied on a sporadic and uneven basis, the feeling comes across that ones speech is subject to auditing. Once that happens the freedom to express ideas is weakened.

Nobody disagrees that rules should be in place, but these rules need to be fair and evenly dispersed. At this time there is no clear understanding of why A@P was suspended, since that is true how can he know what lines are there to cross, without looking over his shoulder on his every word. I have been insulted by Jenna, but she has never been suspend, what are the lines?

I clearly think the suspension of A@P is too long. 14 days is for a major transgresssion, which I do not see, nor understand.

Regards
wolff
