Agreed, most airlines are ordering with GPS today. And that's what percentage of the total fleet? Most of the big beasts don't have it, and are unlikely to get it until some of the standards (for things like DGPS) are worked out. Since the FAA is backing off on the liklihood of precision GPS approaches anytime soon, the airlines may decide to move quicker than I anticipated a year ago.
