I think it will break resistance tuesday, precluding any major surprise. In simple terms, and pure speculation: There is sidelined investor interest in GNET. This is shoulda, woulda, coulda money ,so to speak. ie money that missed another upper 40s to 50s entry. There are also uncovered short positions that may wait until the actual moment Greenspan utters his first syllable on tuesday. Some clear directional signal is needed to get things moving. A move to the down side will be met with avid buying by sidelined longs, and shorts taking profit (longs selling at this point will not be significant due to the well-understood upside potential). To the upside will be met by sidelined longs getting in and shorts covering to minimize losses (investors selling into strength will not be significant as this sector is asserting itself again in cycle fashion).
