So you let the press set the standards for what you'd like to know? Isn't that letting them win? By your logic, even if GWB committed a rape you don't want to hear about it, because you think Clinton wasn't properly interrogated. I understand this as a "them vs. us" thing, but I think what the press does or doesn't do has nothing to do with what type of President we want to have next. By your reasoning, we can merrily elect a Republican just like Clinton (assuming such a person was running) because--and just because--the press wasn't hard enough on Clinton. I just personally think we're better off taking the high road, and taking a long term view. Let's get post-Clinton.
