Kendall: If Mr. Greenspan has been wondering "should we? shouldn't we? (up rates), recent market strength, which has worried him, should insure a rate increase tomorrow...and I fear a slight increase in margin requirements...maybe not tomorrow, but in a while if the market keeps running. (Lee)
