Spoke with Gary Schuitheir at "Wall Street Asociates" receiving the following explanation of the new deal:

InfoPak is spun off as a seperate entity owned by DVGL (thus the shareholders so we haven't lost anything). DVGL shareholders get some percentage (10% is present plan) of the new stock as a dividend. This dividend becomes the float as it will be in our accounts. Its initial value will have to be determed by a fair evaluation of its present worth and future earnings potential. As the stock trades its worth will reflect on DVGL, the majority owner and DVGL stockholders so we get a two way return.

IMHO InfoPak has good cash flow and potential to create a good stand alone stock. The value added to DVGL from this will improve DVGL stock price and create an improved potential to fill the 3D requirements for cash infusion to grow to fill its potential. I have just become a buyer again in this stock.
