Rande... TUNE... I do believe that this is nearing a good entry..it may be now... but I'd venture to wait another few days and wait to see if I get a signal formation that supports the current condition as a bottom... which it very much looks like technically....I'm waiting to see if we get a move to 22.7 or so and then a quick move down again... ...may to 20 or so ....the bottom signal buy would be strong if this happens.... 18 looks like a definite low.......If the signal comes in I would expect a positive advance with the high hitting within about 2 months But of course this is only my opinion.
