I call the news releases that describe factual events that have occurred "fundamentals". You have spent maybe an hour on this company and have come out decidedly negative, though you have left the door open to change your mind. I suggest you call Rick at 1-877-903-2288 and start getting the story from the company rather than you, I and others arguing on the thread.
