Spoke to SIGA's CFO yesterday and he assures that the $1.5KK charge will not impact cashflow as their bank long ago deducted that amount from the borrowing base. This obviously can't help profitability though. They are proceeding to try to get a pre-judgement attachment against the firm that owes them the money.
