IMO This may be a good time to go fishin', golfin' or whatever else may suit someone's fancy until the EINI financials are in place. It is agreed that this is a long term hold.

If I may ask; What is your take on the MVEE shares currently being traded post the merger date of August 6th. If the merger goes through then the shares purchased prior to August 6th will be 12/1 for the EINI stock position.

What are the options for MVEE Shareholders that own stock purchased after the August 6th date of the proposed merger? If the stock goes up and a premium is to be paid, how will that work? Are the shares cashed-out and retired from trading or can they be converted to EINI stock at a different price than the merger price. I have never been in this situation before and I am asking this question on behalf of myself and presumably other longs.

Your opinion will be appreciated.
Thanks
