A stupid question to ask is whether will you buy a VCD player that can play audio CD, KaraOke in addition to MPEG-1 movies today? And it also comes with a wireless keyboard that can connect you with any web site and let you surfing over the TV screen? At $299 or maybe even lower than that. Will this threaten DVD player? I think it will. I guess a lot of consumer electronics manufacturers are looking at this emerging market. No one has the answers yet, though.
