Bill, There has been NO merger. Only proposed, requiring a proxy and shareholder approval. Until that time, NOTHING has changed. As I expected, the share price of EINI is coming down to MVEE rather than the other way around. There IS NO free lunch. Nevertheless, I am holding MVEE long. later, leroyt
