This looks like speculation regarding ownership of a patent, at a point where the rally has extended to the lower tiers. It's now the realm of the stock-pickers..... the MEDIs and BGENs of the world are fairly valued. You're correct in at least one sense...... somebody will get the better end of the trades. It's an interesting situation..... I like this management team, but I feel that it's foolish that they talk about the contested project as if it's theirs and theirs alone. Then I turn back to my respect for the management team and go full circle to confusion........ that makes me ask if perhaps it's not foolish. I haven't got a clue, and see first sentence above. - g -
