OK, with some help from Tech Support and some careful re-installs, I was able to get it working without redownloading everything. I think I forgot to apply some of the latest patches to my newer installation. I also just recreated my QPVirtual installation by hand rather than trying to move those settings from one machine to another.

Things are working better now. Thanks for the help.
