Playing Ponzi cetificate ping pong.. In August 1999, the Company's Chairman of the Board, and a principal stockholder, agreed to transfer sufficient shares from his own account back to the Company to be retired, to enable the additional shares to be issued to the persons entitled to receive them. Upon stockholder approval of an increase in the Company's authorized shares, the Company is obligated to issue replacement shares to the Company's Chairman of the Board.
