And, Rambus has always said it would fight to protect its patents against any and all comers. This nice little threat is a warning to all others....this technology, in all its forms and iterations belongs to Rambus. Proceed on this turf at your peril. As the Gorilla game points out, this is one thing that keeps the Gorillas gorillas.
