Why has NTOP been on fire as of late? Looks like a little bit of a pre-coverage run-up with some short squeeze thrown in. I know this was a major target of the shorters earlier in the month. Also, there are a bunch of traders that buy for the run-up to coverage after the 25 QP ends and then subsiquently turn short the day of coverage. Maybe the shorts got a little early this time and are paying the price. What I really want to know is why would Institutional buyers come in now when they could have been buyers in the mid teens? Your statement maker no sense. I would expect the same as any other IPO on the 25 day QP. Coverage will come out tomorrow and if it is not "strong buy" there will be a sell-off. I have no position in NTOP but I did own IPO shares. That being said, 15 to 50 is quite a run. Good Luck, M
