Dave, the JV or other financial arrangement will, in all likelyhood involve CDCH-but not as you think. The JV partners and financial funds certainly want the entire claim block of LDM, Lipangue, and Lobo. Look for seperate agreements to be signed between the Major/Fund and MDHM and another agreement between the Major/Fund and CDCH. I originally had misgivings about CDCH but not longer. For starters check out my research thread and a recent post concerning MDHM and CDCH-ie letter from Larry Regis on this subject. Cheers.
