uncle, if there is a shred of truth in that, than it is worst than royalties, treble damage could come into the equation. Who are the violators? Are they also licensees or RMBS? I would presume that only DRAM manufacturers are doing the DDR DRAM thing, and most of these guys are licensees of RMBS. If they are, I do not see what the problem is, after all, a rose by any other name (call it RDRAM or DDR DRAM)... Zeev
