Dave, "first to do so" may not be enough, were they granted a claim on transferring data on both edges of the clock? I have not read RMBS patents, and it is too big a task, but if someone is familiar with the RMBS's body of intellectual property, they could comment on this. Tate surely did not say that DDR DRAM infringes on any RMBS' patents. Zeev
