Its $13B endowment is around $5B short of the #1 charitable foundation in the world, which has $19B and is in the U.K., but they expect to pass that one up the next time Bill comes away from the ReadyTeller with a few extra bucks. I haven't read the Dvorak piece yet, and you can't fault somebody for setting up the largest charitable foundation in the world.
